"Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world" - James 1:27
HISM
We are a Singapore-based Christian charity sharing the compassion, peace, joy and love of Christ to peoples in Africa, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore since 2004.

We regularly host events that inlcude the feeding of the needy, homeless and poor

In Indonesia, we believe that our charity has a unique role - bridging between the Church, the Local Charities, and the Community.
We bring awareness to churches about the local needs and cultural sensitivities involved; we instill accountability and professionalism to the local Indonesian charities; we assist the local communities in their needs holistically, engaging and working with community religious leaders in inter-faith dialogues and community development.

We have been actively supporting needy families in cash and kind monthly. 2020 saw greater donations as the demand for help went up in the midst of a difficult economy due to COVID.
We donated $10K to help Healthserve cope with the increasing demands for medical services amongst migrant foreign workers during COVID. This is our small contribution to Singapore society against this outbreak.

We collect used laptops from donors and matched them to needy students who lacked the equipment for their home-based learning.

HISM is involved in food and clothing distribution to local charities and communities.
Donation of used jeans to migrant workers.
Donation of chocolates from business contact to Darul Ishan Girl's Home

His Mission and partners sponsored Uncle Tom and Ali to Singapore for a fund raising & mission awareness trip. They spent over two weeks speaking at churches on their ministries.

Ali requested for urgent help when his community's regular water supply was cut off by an international company. Our sponsors rallied with aid to dig a well and to also donate Bibles. Thank you for your generous and timely help!

The late pastor Tom Hamblin has been an OM missionary for decades, serving in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. He has been a friend of His Mission since our inception.
Whilst in West Africa, Uncle Tom found a West African called Camara. Camara received the Lord as Saviour and was brought on staff to serve together with Tom and wife Edna, he was also discipled by the late Patricia Kok from COOS. We partner with Tom Hamblin & Camara's ministries in West Africa.
His Mission has been supporting Ali Camara since 2009. Camara's front-line ministry involves going to villages in West Africa's interior for community support.

Our West Java ministry couple had a car donated to them by a generous contact in our network. The car will be a valuable tool in their ministry and service. The donor also fully sponsored a team of 11 to visit Singapore in July 2020. This unfortunately had to be postponed due to the COVID situation.

Ibu Mariam required a vehicle to go about her East Java ministries. Her weekly ministry schedule requires multiple trips for visitations and aid. His Mission managed to raise sponsorship through our networks in support of this project

We have been active in donating food for the homeless, beggars, and COVID affected families. Our latest donation involved $10K to our local Indonesian partner for food and daily essentials for COVID affected families.

We support children education as we believe that education is key in behavioural, financial, and personal development and improvement.

Our ministry Partner, Ibu Hana and the founder of Yayasan Pondok Kasih, seen here with the squatters of Ahmed Jias River side. It was since destroyed on 9/11 in 2005 by government to beautify the area.
